An end-to-end project exploring how personal data can be translated into clear, motivating digital experiences that support sustained behavior over time. I led problem framing, interaction design, visual systems, and prototyping, focusing on clarity, progression, and behavior support informed by passive data collection. The work centered on helping college students manage academic demands alongside personal well-being by designing features that reduce overwhelm and support follow-through. Drawing on principles from behavioral science and human-computer interaction, the experience emphasizes personalized guidance, gentle intervention, and emotionally supportive design while avoiding productivity pressure.
